Vintage Ottoman Makeover

I would like to show you what I've been doing last week.
I've got this old Ottoman from Antique center, It was a very solid piece in original fabric. I took it to my studio and working on a few days and now finished. I am not sure if I like the fabric but it looks okay I guess.

Fabulously French Table & Mirror Make over

Its already Friday, where all week's gone.
I've been making mess in my studio and my home all week.
I found this gorgeous French Style Table/Dresser and a Grand Mirror from second hand shop.
I brough them home at once and started sanding + painting ..
Now found the new home in my entrance.
I love how it turned out.

My fabric collection

I love fabric. You can call me fabricholic. Yes..

I started sewing about 10 years ago when my little girl was born. I wanted to make her cute clothes, blanket, bags. you name it. That's why I started collecting my pretty fabrics.
As I now have a big space I can make all the mess I like. I moved all of my stuff to my studio.I am also starting a little sewing club. Today is my first class.

I've been MIA as always.
My studio is now open for business (?) I mean I can make serious mess as I have cleaned up and organizned.
I am starting Upholstery Class and Basic Sewing Class next week.

Finally, I am back to my studio after all the hassle sending a container full of goodies to oveaseas.

This is what I've been doing.

I'd been busy for a while, as I had a great project sending a lot of goodies to overseas.
I was fun but  hard work. Finally the container full of vintage items had left Melbourne today to a far away land. Hope everything arrives safely .

Old Sewing machine..

I love, love a old sewing machine.
When I found this singer sewing maching I was so so happy.

She is a good working order. I can't wait to work with her.
I might paint her a new house. Perhap paint the cabinet mint or white.

Buffet table Makeover

I had this buffet for a while, actually this beauty had a top but I left it outside ...
you can guess what happened..
I had to let go of the hutch .

I painted this buffet with antique white.
used as an entrance table for a while, now back to my studio, sitting there petty.

Corner of my studio

It's been raining in Downunder.
I have started to clean up and organized my junk studio.
This is the corner of my studio as of today.
So many things to do,but So cold here.

Studio Moving Day

Finally, I have moved most of the junk out from my storage and the garage at my house.
Nothing much is going on at the moment. It will take many moons to clean and organize everything.
I finally counted how many chairs I have collected over the year to be upholstered.
Can you guess how many chairs I might have?
Its 50, yes, you hear me correct. Big Five Zero. 50.. grrrrrrrrrrrr
I will have so much fun reuphostering them all.
