One of a Kind Fabric by Me

I've been wanting to design my own fabric for a long time.
Finally, my dream came true. Thanks to a new technology, I was able to design and print my very own fabric. I am so so happy. I wanted to share with the world.

I have so many ideas with my new fabric.
As you know I am passionate about upholstery.
I will definitely use my new fabric to do up some of my old french chairs.

Louis XV Style Settee

Winter is here in downunder.

I wish I had a house in northern hemisphere, so I can only live in summer land.

My recent find of beautiful Louis xv style settee.

Upholstery on the settee is a great condition. I am debating whether I should re-upholster it.

French Chairs for High Tea in Paris

It's already Friday.
I've been working on French chairs for the Client .
I used vintage French Chairs, striped and painted with Antique White and used gorgeous, zeppel and warwick fabric for upholstery, Still deciding what to use to hide staples.

I like silver studs for the glittery fabric and pink gimp for the pink chair, but my client will decide what she wants.

Can't wait to see these chairs in the shop soon.

French Chair Make over in progress

I've been MIA as always.
I've been working on some gorgeous custom order for a new High tea room in Mornington.
I will show you next week when everything is done.

I've been also doing some of my own project. I had my gorgeous French Louis Chair for almost 4 years in my home. Finally decided to give her a new dress.

Before. she has a great bone.

Just ugly fabric.

I am giving her a new dress with one of my favorite fabric .

Can't wait to finish it, but it will have to wait until I finish my custom order.

Journey from Australia to Korea

Remember this posting my little vintage buying project for a friend in Korea?
She's been really busy and finally sent me some photos of all the pretty things in her  house, Yes, it's her house and still organizing.
Looks like a vintage shop somewhere, don't you think?
I can't wait to see what she will do with all those things.

Magazine featured

I was featured in Korean women's Magazine.
I used to read that magazine when I was a little girl because of my mum.
I don't remember when was the last time I saw or read that magazine.

It's interesting to see myself in the Magazine. Perhaps I might find a long lost friends in Korea.
