I NEED your Help - Dreaming of white living room

I am not dreaming of white Christmas, haven't seen White Christmas almost  20 years. But what I am dreaming of is WHITE LIVING ROOM. I love French Lounge set, but at the moment, They are very eye sore in my house since I am trying to neturalize color of my house. Not to mention, my hubby thinks its too red. I found this inspirational photo. I wouldn't mind this design, minus that Rug and the coffee table.

Please help!!!! Please let me know if you have a great idea or link you can send to help me with my new white living room .

Hope you are having a wonderful day!

Here is my layout of the living room.

My favorite Original French Iron Day bed and a Mannequin.

~*~ LOVE your french daybed and mannequin!! I agree with you ..you need some WHITE! ;) ~IKEA..IKEA..IKEA!!!! You need to go there and get their white slipcovered ektorp sofa and love seat! I have had mine for years and it holds up fairly well ( with two kids and a dog and a cat..oh and a hubby too!)lol..when the covers get washed and bleached too many times I just get replacement slipcovers for very cheap there! Good luck with your room~*~ Rachel :)

I'm not usually a big fan of red but I like your furniture and the deep color but if you really want to go white
i suppose the easy fix would be to
use slipcovers. I wish I had a source for you.
I should tell you that my friend Evi decorates in White with splashes of red and it's gorgeous.
I'll email you the link to her blog.

Depends on how much you want to spend. A quick and cheap fix would be to put a taupe throw and taupe pillows on the couch and then hang some taupe curtains.

I think that it would look tres belle.

The finishing touch would be a taupe cloth on the table and you are finished :-)

Hope that this helps Julie,

Definitely Ikea - they have an almost identical sofa's as your inspiration picture! Rachel at French Farmhouse has got it spot on - I also have the ektorp sofa in white with extra slipcovers in my family room, which is where the kids relax and play. Sounds impractical, but as Rachel says they're so cheap and easy to wash that it's been a doddle - and white is so stylish so everyone is happy! xxx

I love your living room .... you could upholster your gorgeous Louis sofa and chairs in white belgian linen and tuft it. Keep some of your red though .... Your furniture is gorgeous and I do love the mannequin. Thank-you for visiting me and your lovely comments! Have a great Sunday.

Oh lordy girl! You have a nice Parisienne living room going on! I so love it all...what I'd add is fabric somewhere...panels of curtains or something and mirrors maybe..do you have the Paris Apartment book? (I'm guessing you do) and when do we get to see your haircut? :)
